Do I need a guitar to use the amp in the AC/DC Backtracks Deluxe Collector’s Edition set?
You can connect your guitar to the amp with a standard 6.3mm mono guitar cable (not included).
What device should I use to play the CDs/DVDs?
You may use your CD player, DVD player, or insert the CD or DVD into your computer if you have the proper drive.
What shipping options do I have?
All US orders are shipped via UPS Ground. All orders shipped outside of the US are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express Saver.

Do the Volume and Gain knobs on the AC/DC Backtracks Deluxe Collector’s Edition Amp work?
The volume and gain controls are for decorative purposes only; they are not working controls. The amp plays at the maximum volume level. I cannot fit an audio cord into the input jack. The jack only accepts 6.3mm or ¼’’ MONO audio cords. You can add an adapter to allow use with other audio units if your device does not have a 6.3mm or ¼’’ mono audio cord.
What if the amp sounds faint/weak?

Is the battery inserted correctly?
Is the battery drained? Try the battery in another device to confirm or replace the battery. Is your instrument properly plugged into the amp? Is your instrument functioning properly? If after reviewing these items, and your amp still does not work, please contact customer service.
How do I replace the battery?
First, the battery should only be replaced by an aDult. Second, please retain this information for future reference.
- Be sure to insert the batteries correctly and always follow the battery manufacturer’s instructions.
- Always remove weak or dead batteries from the product
- Use only 9-volt batteries in the AC/DC Backtracks Deluxe Collector’s Edition amp.
- Should this product cause or be affected by local electrical interference, move it away from other electrical equipment.
